The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BAZADA is the guiding force, overseeing the overall functioning of the association. He sets the strategic vision, represent BAZADA in external forums, and ensure that all initiatives align with the organization’s goals. The Legal Counsel serves as the organization’s legal advisor and is responsible for providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal affairs for the non-profit. They may also work closely with the Board of Directors and other senior leaders to address legal issues, draft contracts and agreements, handle disputes, and develop organizational policies. As a key member of the executive Management, the Legal Counsel plays a crucial role in advising on legal matters that impact the organization’s mission, programs, and activities. The Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of BAZADA by monitoring and evaluating the programs and projects as well as making sure that the administrative rules and policies are adhered to. 
The team who is lead by the manager will from time to time conduct a comprehensive assessment of the programs that are designed to improve the economic and social situation of the Baza community. The aim of this assessment is to provide a detailed understanding of the current challenges, opportunities, and needs of the community, which will inform the development of targeted interventions and initiatives for sustainable development. The assessment will encompass various aspects, including economic indicators, social dynamics, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and community engagement
