At the core of the structure of the Baza Development Association (BAZADA) there is the management team that is the driving force — a dedicated group of individuals, each with a unique set of skills and a shared passion for the empowerment of the Baza community. The management team of BAZADA is not just a group of leaders; they are the coordinators of change, and the pillars upon which the community’s aspirations rest. The following are the office holders of the management team:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BAZADA is the guiding force, overseeing the overall functioning of the association. He sets the strategic vision, represent BAZADA in external forums, and ensure that all initiatives align with the organization’s goals. The CEO fosters collaborations, inspiring both the team and the community.

The Deputy Executive Director for Programs Planning and Implementation has a key leadership role, responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination, and execution of BAZADA’s programs. The Deputy Director for Program Planning works closely with the Deputy Director for Operations and the Executive Director to ensure that all projects align with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals. He leads program teams, managing donor relations, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
He is also responsible for the Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME) and ensuring the effective functioning of BAZADA programs by monitoring and evaluating the programs and projects as well as making sure that the administrative rules and policies are adhered to.

The Director of Operations of BAZADA is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that the organization’s activities run smoothly. The responsibilities may include:

The Development Fund Manager holds a leadership role overseeing various aspects of fundraising, donor relations, and resource mobilization. The Development Fund Manager in a BAZADA has the responsibility of managing and overseeing the organization’s fundraising efforts.

The Administrative Affairs Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of BAZADA’s administrative functions. This includes overseeing operations, remote staff management, digital campaigns, and supporting the Executive team. The AAM is responsible for virtual collaboration, organization, and manage remote teams and resources.

The Finance and Treasury officer oversees the financial aspects of BAZADA. She manages budgets, financial records, and participates in fundraising initiatives. The Treasurer ensures financial sustainability, allocates resources for various programs, and maintains accountability in financial matters.
