Who we are

As a Pillar of Unity at its core, BAZADA embodies the essence of unity; it is a collective endeavor, a union of minds and hearts within the Baza community. BAZADA stands for togetherness, recognizing that the strength of a community lies in its ability to come together, support one another, and face challenges as a united front.

One of BAZADA’s primary aims is to empower the Baza youth through education. It stands for knowledge, enlightenment, and the transformative power of learning. BAZADA believes in providing educational opportunities, scholarships, and mentorship programs, ensuring that Baza students have access to quality education and the tools to shape their own destinies.

BAZADA is not merely an association; it is a guardian of the rich cultural heritage of the Baza people. It stands for the preservation of traditions, languages, art, and customs that define the Baza identity. In a foreign land, BAZADA acts as a bridge to the roots, ensuring that the younger generation grows up with a deep understanding and pride in their heritage.

BAZADA is an entity of determination to bring all round economic progress and self-sufficiency within the Baza community. It aims to create avenues for employment, entrepreneurship, and financial stability. By fostering economic initiatives, BAZADA enables Baza individuals to thrive professionally, contribute to society, and secure a prosperous future for their families.

BAZADA provides social support to its Diaspora community, understanding that foreign land, where the sense of belonging can sometimes waver, BAZADA provides a supportive network. It aims to integrate Baza immigrants seamlessly into American society while preserving their unique cultural identity.
